			Protestant Place.is situated on the edge of the town centre, close to Kings Park. Protestant Place comprises 8 self-contained flats. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. Protestant Place incorporates a further two flats in Bettinson's Wharf. and a two bedroom semi-detatched house Woodcocks Cottage.

			Churchgate offers 10 flats and 2 cottages in the original  Sloswicke's Hospital and grounds. Each property consists of a living room, kitchen, shower room and either one or two bedrooms. Churchgate incorporates Sloswicke's Cottage.

			In 2008 Hawksley House was built to provide 5 two bedroom and 4 one bedroomed self contained flats with lift access to the first and second floors. Each flat consists of an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space, shower room and sleeping accommodation. Limited storage space for mobility scooters is available on site.
			Union Street. A terrace of 9 self-contained cottages, with an attractive communal garden. Each flat has a living room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms and an upstairs shower room.
